We are Open Canvas, an international art competition created to celebrate children’s imagination and creativity, and to provide meaningful opportunities for their work to be seen and shared.
We believe every artist sees the world differently—through observation, emotion, and interpretation.
By removing predefined themes, we encourage originality and the freedom to explore individual vision.
Submissions are considered through two distinct artistic approaches: Realism and Expressionism, reflecting both the careful study of the visible world and the power of personal expression.
