Contest Rules
01. Eligibility
This contest is open to students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. Participants must submit work appropriate to their age and grade level. All entries must be original works created by the student.
02. Artistic Styles
Each submission must be entered under one of the two artistic styles: Realism Expressionism Participants should select the style that best represents the intention and visual language of their artwork. Each entry can only be assigned to one style category.
03. Submissions
Participants may submit multiple artworks. Each artwork must be submitted individually through a separate entry form with complete and accurate information. There is no limit to the number of submissions per participant.
04. Grade Divisions
Entries will be evaluated within the following grade divisions: Kindergarten – Grade 2 Grades 3 – 5 Grades 6 – 8 Grades 9 – 12 Each division will be judged independently to ensure fair evaluation across age groups.
05. Awards Structure
Awards are given separately within each Grade Division and Artistic Style. For each category (Grade Division × Style), the awards include: Top 5 Winners Merit Awards (Second Tier Recognition) Honorable Mentions Judging is based on creativity, originality, technical skill, and expressive quality appropriate to the selected style. Each participant may receive only one award per artistic style, even if multiple entries are submitted.
06. Originality & Academic Integrity
All submissions must be the original work of the participant. The use of plagiarism, tracing, copying from other artists, or submitting copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited. AI-generated artwork is not allowed unless explicitly permitted in future updates of the contest guidelines. Violation of these rules may result in disqualification and notification of parents or school representatives.
07. Copyright & Usage Rights
By submitting an entry, participants and their guardians grant permission for the contest organizers to display submitted artworks for: Online or physical exhibitions Educational use Promotional materials related to the contest Artists retain full ownership of their work.
08. Judging Process
All entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on: Creativity and originality Artistic technique and execution Expression of theme or concept Appropriateness to the selected style (Realism or Expressionism) All judging decisions are final.

Creativity and Originality
We look for a unique artistic voice and imaginative approaches that stand out from conventional representations.
Artistic Technique & Execution
Skillful use of chosen media, technical precision, and overall craftsmanship appropriate for the participant's age group.
Expression of Theme
The effectiveness with which the artwork communicates its central concept or emotional narrative within the selected style.
Style Appropriateness
Adherence to the characteristics of Realism or Expressionism, ensuring the work fits correctly within its entered category.
Prizes and Recognition
Each grade division will include a range of recognitions, celebrating creativity, imagination, and artistic expression at every level.

- Merit Awards: Entries recognized for exceptional creativity, technique, and artistic expression.
- Honorable Mentions: Entries recognized for originality, imagination, and creative potential.
